Needs voice turn by turn directions, miss that feature had it on my old phone which was not an iPhone

Its a good app! A little bit complicated but one you get the hang of it its very usefull

The interface and all the bells and whistles look great but dont expect to just hit the ground running with this app. Adding your Google Maps is easy enough but editing them is another story. Adding new maps via this app was frustrating and, frankly, nearly impossible without error. Perhaps this is a great app if you time to sit and learn it. It is definitely not a load and play app. The map app that comes with the iPad is pretty powerful. For me it was a waste of a dollar.

Nice that the new update gives a choice of either Google Maps or Apple Maps. Unfortunately, I just updated to version 1.8, opened the app to search a route (using Google Maps of course!), and the app crashed! iPhone screen went completely black for a few seconds. The screen image returned to the previous screen I was in before I opened MyMap+. Bummed again but hoping for another update to fix this issue. Version 1.7 reviewed on Sept 26, 2012: "I like this app but it just crashed on me. Im willing to give it a chance and hoping that the next update will fix this issue. Also looking forward to getting Google Maps in the next update because the current map shows my home street as a through street which its definitely not! One thing for sure is MyMap+ is a much better choice over Apples lame iOS 6 maps!!!! Im upset with Apple for not replacing Google Maps with a better product. Even Google Maps through my browser is better but oh so S_L_O_W! Ill decide after MyMap+s next update, whether itll stay on my iPhone...or continue my search for another map app."

With iPod touch + iPS6, this software was immediately down when I tried to change to use Google map. Please fix bug!!

This is by far the best replacement for my missed Google app. I wish I had never lost that one. Apple Maps is the crappiest app I have used. Google maps through Safari does not resfresh. None of rhe apps available gives me back the simplicity of the real Google maos app. One improuvement I would like to see in this app us to be able to zoom xith finngers.

Awesome powerful features - will see if it can become my go-to Google Maps app. But they need to consolidate their buttons and controls - its too much! Will give 5 stars if they can simplify their UI and make it simpler and cleaner.

Like the street view and the toggle wheel to zoom in or out with just your thumb is great for one handed viewing. Apple and Google maps! Directions in English to get around in Tokyo was great!

It seems to have disabled pinch to zoom and put some stupid control in its place. Hello, guys you are designing for iOS, not a desktop PC.

Seems like it would be a great app, however it crashes without any rhyme or reason.

It has every detail a person could want in a map. I use it faithfully for work purposes.

I loved this app, used the measuring tool a lot when my cycling app wouldnt calculate my miles correctly. Now after the last update none of the street view, anchor, measure, traffic etc..... Shows up anymore. How can i get it back? PLEASE HELP!!!!! I depend a lot on this app!!!!!

This is a fantastic app. Flawlessly uses and extends Google Maps. I really like the icons and the search capability.

Ive been trying different map apps since palm era when mobile internet was still not possible and everything has to be prepared beforehand for off line use. This is the dream app that I want to develop if I know how to program. Organize my trip easily on the PC browser, and sync all the data to iphone on the go. Google should pay the author for this app, or even hire him. Cant wait to use it for my next trip to Japan.

Havent updated for a while, and this app now cant log in with any account or sync with the web version. Please do a quick fix for this wonderful app!
